HB 837, 49th R.S.
Relating to providing that assignment of reporters of daily newspapers of general circulation to the Court House in all counties having eight or more district courts for twenty or more consecutive years prior to making application to take the bar examination shall be equivalent to and may be substituted for the prelegal study and training and study of the law required as a prerequisite for the taking of the examination to practice law, provided such applicant meets the requirements as to moral character.
