SB 72, 44th 1st C.S.

Validating, ratifying and confirming the election of trustees, all acts of such trustees, the ordering election in certain independent school districts for the purpose of issuing bonds, the issuance and sale of such bonds and the levy and assessment of taxes in such districts for the purpose of liquidating such bonds in all independent school districts in the State of Texas heretofore created by an Act or Acts of the Legislature providing for the election of three trustees in such districts and which in fact seven trustees have been elected.
