HB 597, 49th R.S.
Relating to authorizing the Commissioners' Court of any county having a population of over 100,000 inhabitants to adopt regulations and provide penalties for violations thereto relating to speeding and all other matters incidental to protection of the public in the use of county roads by pedestrians and vehicles where such roads do not form a part of the highway system and fall outside of the city limits of said incorporated city.
