Relating to amending certain Acts by fixing the salaries of official shorthand reporters in each Judicial District of this state, and the official shorthand reporter of any County Court, either civil or criminal, where the compensation of such reporter of such County Court or Judicial District is not otherwise provided by laws, providing for the manner of payment.
