SB 165, 49th R.S.
Relating to providing that all laws or parts of laws, civil or criminal, governing or regulating political parties, conventions, or primary elections, or dealing with the qualifications of membership in political parties, or prescribing or dealing with who may vote in party primaries or participate in party conventions, are repealed hereby to the extent that any such laws or parts of laws may govern or regulate political parties, conventions, or primary elections, or deal with the qualifications of membership in political parties, or prescribe or deal with who may vote in party primaries or participate in party conventions.
