Relating to amending certain Statutes by fixing the maximum compensation of the Chief Deputies to the County Sheriffs and other deputies to the County Sheriffs in counties of not less than ten thousand, two hundred, fifty (10,250), and not more than ten thousand, three hundred, fifty (10,350) inhabitants, according to the last preceding Federal Census, and which have a tax valuation of not less than Thirteen Million, One Hundred Thousand, One Hundred Dollars ($13,100,000.00) according to the last approved tax roll.
