SB 159, 49th R.S.
Relating to making tax receipts issued by the state, county, city, school district or other political subdivision of the state or county, conclusive evidence of the payment of all taxes due on personal property of such taxpayer for said year, provided that the receipt or the rendition of such personal property be described in general terms as personal property.
