Relating to providing for and fixing the salaries of the Justices of the Supreme court, the Judges of the Court of Criminal Appeals, the Judges of the Supreme Court Commission of Appeals, and the Judges of the Commission in Aid of the Court of Criminal Appeals, and the Judges of the District Courts and of the Criminal District Courts of the State of Texas; repealing all laws in conflict with this Act.
