SB 73, 49th R.S.
Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure so as to provide that the motions to quash and set aside indictment or information of the State or defendant for special venire, to quash venire writ, plea of former jeopardy, exceptions to the form or substance of an indictment or information, application for change of venue, and affidavit setting forth the insanity of the defendant shall be filed three days prior to the date of the trial of the cause has been set and not afterwards.
