Relating to creating the Snyder Independent School District in Scurry County, Texas; defining its boundaries, including the original Snyder Independent School Districts and adding territory thereto; conferring on said district and its board of trustees al the rights, powers, privileges and duties now conferred and imposed by the General Laws of the State upon independent school districts and the board of trustees thereof.
