SB 252, 39th R.S.
Relating to granting to every person against whom any judgment of conviction has heretofore been rendered by the Senate of the State of Texas in any impeachment proceeding, a full and unconditional release of any and all acts and offenses of which any such person was so convicted under and by virtue of any such judgment, and to cancel and remit any and all punishment fixed or assessed by any such judgment of said Senate, including that of disqualification to hold any office of honor, trust or profit under the State of Texas.
