Relating to amending a special road law for Nacogdoches county so as to eliminate certain section of said act, and provide for three days warning to road hands instead of fifteen days, and repealing all special general Laws in conflict with this act; making it a misdemeanor to violate the provisions of this act, and fixing a penalty therefor.
