Relating to creating the Bessmay Independent School District in Jasper County, Texas, out of part of the territory included in the Buna Independent School District; defining its boundaries and re-defining the boundaries of Buna Independent School District; providing for a board of trustees in said district; conferring upon said district and its board of trustees all the rights, powers, privilege and duties now conferred and imposed by the general laws of Texas upon independent school districts and the boards of trustees thereof.
