SB 9, 36th 3rd C.S.

Relating to incorporating the Texarkana Independent School District, authorizing the election of trustees, continuing the present trustee in office until the expiration of their term of office for which they have been elected under the existing law, which trustees shall be known as the Texarkana School Board.
