Relating to preventing the introduction into the State of Texas of the destructive cotton pest, pectinophora gossypiella, Saunders, known as, and hereafter referred to as the pink boll worm, and to control and eradicate such insect pest when and where discovered in this State; providing penalties for the violation of the provisions of the Act.
