Relating to creating, establishing and incorporating Hidalgo Common School District No. 15, in Hidalgo County, Texas, containing a portion of the territory in Hidalgo County, Texas, heretofore embraced in Pharr-San Juan Independent School District, describing the metes and bounds thereof, placing said Hidalgo Common School District No. 15 under the jurisdiction of Hidalgo County.
