Relating to amending certain statutes relating to depositions and rules of evidence by consolidating them and adding thereto certain provisions for the taking of depositions in cases of probating wills and other proceedings in estates where there is no opposing party or attorney of record, upon whom service of notice and copies of interrogatories may be had.
