Relating to prohibit making appointment for, or soliciting any person in the service of the United states military or naval forces, or any person of the military or Naval forces of the Allies of the United States in the present war with Germany, to meet or come in contact with any immoral woman, for the purpose of unlawful sexual intercourse; providing a penalty for the violation of this Act.
