Relating to appropriating out of the general revenue not heretofore appropriated the sum of twenty-one thousand eight hundred thirty-two and eighty-hundredths dollars ($21,832.80) or so much thereof as may be necessary to defray the expenses of the Texas Live Stock Sanitary Commission of Texas, providing for the tick and sheep scab eradication for the fiscal year ending August 31st, 1917.
