Relating to providing an appropriation for the maintenance and support of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas in conformity to the provisions of an Act passed by the Thirty-fourth Legislature "providing for the issuance of certain State bonds and authorizing the retirement of certain bonds of the State of Texas, etc."
