SB 50, 34th R.S.
Relating to making it compulsory to provide adequate fire escape, upon all buildings of over two stories in height, used now or hereafter, wholly or in part as a seminary, college, academy, school house, dormitory, lodging house, hotel or hospital, for the accomodation of transient guests, manufactory, wholesale, retail or department store, or in any place in which five or more persons shall be assembled, other than a private residence.
