SB 166, 33rd R.S.
Relating to amending articles of the Code of Criminal Procedure, relating to charges and instructions to juries in cases of the grade of felony, so as to provide that the charge in such cases shall be read to the jury before the argument begins, with certain exceptions and providing for the form and manner of taking exceptions to the charge.
