Relating to amending "An Act to incorporate the city of Sherman in Grayson county, Texas, and fixing the boundary thereof, and to provide for its government and the management of its affairs, so as to provide for the extension of the limits of said city for the payment of outstanding bonds and indebtedness, and providing for improvements in said city."
