Relating to amending an Act relative to a system of a State, county and city depositories for State, county and city funds, and defining the duties of the State Treasurer as to the acceptance of State, county, municipal, independent school district, common school district and road improvement bonds as collateral security for deposits made in the State depositories, repealing all laws in conflict therewith.
