Relating to incorporating the Meridian Independent School District in Bosque county, Texas, for free school purposes only, defining its boundaries, and providing for a board of trustees; divesting the city of Meridian, its mayor, City Council and Board of Trustees of the public free schools within said city, of the control of its public free schools, and of the title to school property therein, and vesting the same in the said Meridian Independent School District and its board of trustees, and prescribing the rights, powers, privileges and duties of said Meridian Independent School District and its board of trustees.
