HB 32, 32nd R.S.
Relating to providing that the owners, lessees, operators and receivers of all cotton gins in this State shall write or stamp with indelible ink upon each and every bale of cotton ginned, the word "tare," the weight of the bagging and ties in which the cotton is wrapped, written or stamped in indelible ink in plain figures; providing penalties.
