Relating to amending "An Act to incorporate the city of Cleburne in Johnson county, Texas, and to fix the boundaries thereof, and to provide for its government and the management of its affairs;" so as to authorize the city council to vacate and close streets and alleys and to cede the same, or any part thereof.
