Relating to amending Section 193 of "An Act to incorporate the city of Corsicana, in Navarro county, Texas, and to fix the boundaries thereof, and to provide for its government and the management of its affairs," so as to correct certain errors in the field notes describing the saloon limits in said city, defined in said Section 193.
