SB 82, 30th R.S.

Relating to establishing the Texas State Board of Pharmacy, and to prescribe the power and duties of said board, and to regulate the practice of pharmacy, and the licensing of pharmacists and the compounding and sale of medicines, drugs and poisons in the State of Texas, and to provide penalties for any infringement of the provisions of this act.
