HB 575, 30th R.S.
Relating to authorizing, enabling and permitting the territory situated within the bounds of the town of Panhandle, in the county of Carson and State of Texas, and other land and territory adjacent thereto, to incorporate as an independent school district for free school purposes only, to be known as the Panhandle Independent School District, with all the powers, rights and duties of independent school districts formed by incorporation of towns and villages for free school purposes only.
