HB 218, 30th R.S.
Relating to creating a commission composed of the Governor, Secretary of State and the Chairman of the Railroad Commission, to make a thorough and complete investigation and audit by an expert public accountant or firm of such accountants, of the books, papers, accounts and methods of accounting, bookkeeping, and transacting business prevailing in the Departments of the State Treasurer, Comptroller of Public Accounts, Commissioner of the General Land Office, and such other departments as the said board shall deem advisable.
