Relating to amending Section 120, of Chapter 11, of the acts of the First Called Session of the 29th Legislature of the State of Texas, entitled an act to regulate elections and to provide penalties for its violation and to repeal the acts of the 28th Legislature of 1903, regulating elections, general, special and primary and political conventions; relating to manner of determining vote which candidates receive in state and district conventions.
