SB 231, 28th R.S.

Relating to amending a certain Act, authorizing the trustees of towns and villages incorporated for free school purposes only, to issue bonds payable at a date not exceeding forty years from their date, for the purpose of purchasing or constructing public free school buildings and sites therefor, providing for the investment of the sinking funds of such towns and villages, and providing for the refunding of bonds legally issued by such towns and villages.
