Relating to amending An Act entitled An Act to incorporate the City of Beaumont, to grant it a special charter and to fix its boundaries, defining the jurisdiction and power of the city council with reference to streets, alleys, public grounds, and highways; and providing a method for the collection of such amounts as may become due the city in this connection.
