Relating to amending "An Act to incorporate the City of Beaumont to grant it a special charter, and to fix its boundaries," authorizing the City of Beaumont to invest the sinking fund created to pay the bonds issued by said city in bonds of the State, or of counties in the State of Texas, or of bonds of the United States, or to use such funds for the purchase of bonds of the City of Beaumont which are not yet due.
