HB 526, 28th R.S.

Relating to creating a more efficient road system for Nacogdoches county, Texas, to repeal Acts of 1901, an Act, taking Nacogdoches county out of the list of exempted counties. Forbidding the use of any of the road and bridge fund of said county in any other manner than upon the public roads of said county prohibiting the transfer of any part of the said road and bridge fund to any other fund of said county.
