Relating to creating a more efficient road system for Fort Bend county, Texas, and making county commissioners of said county ex-officio road commissioners, and prescribing their duties as such, and providing for their compensation as such road commissioners; providing for the working of county convicts upon public roads of said county, and providing for a penalty for the escape of convicts.
