Relating to creating a more efficient road system for Harris county in the State of Texas, and authorizing the improvement by the commissioners court of the abutments and approaches to public buildings and the paving of streets connecting the county paved roads with the nearest paved street, validating a bond election authorizing the issuance of six hundred thousand ($600,000) dollars in bonds for road and bridge purposes.
