SB 19, 23rd R.S.
Relating to authorizing the Governor to call to his aid two qualified voters to serve for a term not exceeding one hundred days per annum, to perform such duties as may be directed by him, consistent with the Constitution, pertaining to applications for pardon, and to be known as a board of pardon advisers, and to provide for the compensation of such persons.
