Relating to appropriating funds to the State Department of Agriculture for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of the certain prior Acts of the Legislature, such funds to be appropriated for the remainder of the fiscal year ending August 31, 1947, and being supplementary to the appropriation granted by Senate Bill No. 317, Acts of the 49th Legislature, Regular Session.
