HB 467, 50th R.S.
Relating to amending a previous Act, to provide that it shall be the duty of the County Clerk in certain counties to secure complete records of each birth and death that occurs within their jurisdiction; making it the duty of the County Clerk in certain counties to file, index, and preserve records of all births and deaths in said counties and providing the fees therefore; repealing all laws in conflict.
