Relating to amending certain Acts to authorize the Game, Fish and Oyster Commission to enforce the provisions thereof, relating to arresting persons found on enclosed lands of another; providing for the remission and deposit of 85% of all fines collected thereunder; repealing conflicting laws thereof.
