HB 305, 50th R.S.
Relating to amending a previous Act, by providing that the beginning of the fiscal year in so far as the levying, assessing and collection of taxes for the Dumas Independent School District of Moore County, Texas is concerned shall be the first day of January instead of the first day of August of each calendar year.
