HB 445, 50th R.S.
Relating to amending a previous Act, to eliminate the requirement as a basis for state aid that transfers of scholastics into a district applying for state aid shall be transfers from districts eligible to receive state aid, and to eliminate the inclusion of scholastics enrolled in or attending parochial schools in the daily attendance requirements.
