HB 370, 50th R.S.

Relating to creating a State Board of Plumbing Examiners; prohibiting the doing of plumbing work or acting as plumbing inspector without license issued under the act and prescribing penalties for violations of the act; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict with the provisions of this Act; providing that if any section or part of this Act shall be held unconstitutional or invalid such invalidity shall not affect the remaining portions of the Act.
