Relating to amending the Penal Code so as to prohibit advertising by any physician, surgeon, chiropodist, masseur, optometrist, or any person who practices medicine, optometry, or the art of healing the sick, with or without medicine; providing a penalty for a violation of this Act; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith; providing a saving clause.
