Relating to amending a previous Act, providing for application and appointment of a receiver for certain mineral interests when such interests refuse to join with others in a proposed plan of development found necessary to prevent waste or to protect correlative rights by the Railroad Commission of Texas; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.
