HB 45, 50th R.S.
Relating to amending a previous Act, providing a pension for every person upon reaching the age of sixty-five (65) years who is a citizen of the United States and who has resided in Texas for five (5) years or more within the last nine (9) years preceding the date of his application, and who has resided in Texas continuously for one (1) year immediately preceding the date of his application and conferring jurisdiction upon the Commissioners' Courts of the State of Texas to pass upon the applications.
