Relating to amending a previous Act, authorizing independent school districts or common school districts and cities which have assumed the control of public school situated therein to build or purchase buildings and grounds located within or without the district or city, for the purpose of constructing gymnasia, stadia, or other recreational facilities; validating the Acts heretofore performed by school districts; enacting provisions incident and relating to the subject and purpose of this Act.
