Relating to authorizing the transfer of title by the State Board of Control to a tract of land consisting of 47.45 acres, located in the City of Terrell, Kaufman County, Texas, and in exchange for such property so transferred the Board of Control, on behalf of the State of Texas, acting for the use and benefit of the Terrell State Hospital, shall receive a tract of of land consisting of 52.5 acres, located in the City of Terrell, Kaufman County, Texas.
